  We booked a few weeks ahead and even called in advance to make sure everything would be good for our arrival. We went to check in at 6:00pm and no one was there to check us in and no one picked up the phone number on the confirmation email.
  
  We had to find a hotel last minute because we had no idea what to do :(
  
  Update: We were able to get in contact the next day and they gave us a good rate for the rest of our stay!
