  Food is cheap with decent taste, but it is a very dirty restaurant with no decor, old chairs, old table, dirty floor... Seriously old, porous chopsticks... old scratched bowls and spoons. Cleanliness is not their concern and if that's not yours either, you have found a good restaurant.
