  Very bad experience at the coffee bar today (4/17/18) at 3:15pm. Ordered an ice coffee and waited 20 minutes for drink to be done. At the end my drink didn't have all the ingredients promised on description board. I asked the barista why and she simply told me they were out of them and went on to continue her conversation with the cashier. I asked her to change to a different drink (same price), her answer was a strait NO, rude and totally lack of customers etiquette of her part.
