  It's not so much a "cat cafe" as a 1/2 cafe, 1/2 kitty foster tour, though that setup is probably better for the cats. And being cats, most of the time they will just be sleeping, and when awake they're kind of skittish around strangers. I think I'd recommend this as more of an adoption agency than a cafe. The drinks are so-so
  
  Also, the tours are at the top of the hour so you have to schedule or drop in close to the next tour, otherwise you'll be waiting a long time to go into the "cat zone."
