  Bummed I've lived in the area for so long and have never visited. This place is awesome and the food is well crafted and delicious. There can be a bit of a wait so plan accordingly and enjoy the views!

  A cosy place to eat with great food and a wide selection of drinks. They have a great brunch menu (the savory French Toast is especially delicious!) however it can already be pretty busy by around 9:30am on the weekend so you may have to wait for a table. The outside seating area is nice for dinner or a drink in the evening and gives you a lovely view of Lake Merritt. Good place for couples or small groups of friends.

  Really nice poached eggs with smoked salmon. I could enjoy going here frequently if not for it being across the bay, and having a 1 hour + wait. As such this will be an occasional Sunday place only.
