  I would give this Management Company negative stars if only I could. Stay away from any property that RWW or Reco manages. They are slumlords. We lived in Rodeo, on Parker Ave. We have since moved out and are still having issues with them.
  
  Karen, one of the leasing managers, should not be allowed to deal with people, at all. She is the rudest person I've ever dealt with and incredibly unprofessional. Initially, I thought it was only with us, me and my husband, because we were having so many issues with our unit. But the more I spoke to other tenants, the more unanimous that description of her was. She has hung up on my husband multiple times when he was trying to explain another problem that has come up. Other tenants have told me the same thing. One of our neighbors told me that they have mold on their carpet in the living room and in their bathroom. When they contacted Karen, she told them they would have to get the carpet cleaned and pay for it out of their own pocket. (!!!) I told her that it is a health code violation and to contact the Health Department immediately. Our fridge started making loud rumbling sounds back in May. I called in the issue, had several maintenance guys come and take a look at it. They told me they were going to speak with the owners and get back to me. And that was what I kept hearing from them for over TWO months. In the meantime, my food in the freezer and fridge was going bad. We also had a really bad ant infestation issue, because our unit was right next to an empty field. We had ants coming out of our sockets, vents, and any other crook and cranny that existed. We had ants in the bathroom, our closet, our clothes, on walls and windows, and even our bed. They were everywhere!. It took them over FOUR months of me constantly calling and complaining until they sent a pest control guy out.
  I have documented everything, and can write a book of all the crap that they let go on. This is just a small sample of what you would deal with if you sign a lease with them. They are extremely difficult to deal with, so for your own sanity, stay the f%*# away!
