  One month after moving in this facility changed from extra space storage to Smart Storage. The manager also changed and that's when I have seen their true colors. She is, (current manager), abusive and disrespectful. At first she will be nice but in all my years in retail and owning and operating financial services I have never experienced such poor customer service. If you would like to be subject to a self righteous hypothetical woman then be my guest. If you simply need a unit for limited use and do not intend to spend more than an hour every other week then this may be for you. I am unable too move out of there quickly enough. I relied on the google reviews and know now to always question those reviews. Take a look at the names of the persons giving a 5 star rating. If you are black or white you might be subject to racism.
