  At 0700 I asked the girl, what time they open. She was kind enough to remove her ear buds and reply: "Ummm, in about 15 minutes". No one opens at 0715. I'm sorry you're not done playing around on your phone in front of the customers to open on time. Especially being the only coffee shop on this side of security.

  After waiting a few minutes for this whack barista to stop talking to another whack employee, I was asked "what I want" by an African American employee with dreadlocks. I ordered a small hot cocoa for my daughter he said nothing, and started making her drink. He resumed talking to the friend who worked at the airport about who is "f****** who" and her response calling "that sl*t retarded". I also grabbed a chocolate milk cold for the trip home for him to say "you want that one after I spent all this time and work on this one??" Yes, a whole thirty seconds for you to barely warm the milk and add the Swiss miss packet. After I wanted both, he rang me up, and set both the drinks opposite side of the bar. No thanks. Nothing. Absolute worst too as the clumps were not fully dissolved and the dry mix got sucked into my daughter's lungs causing her to cough so hard she vomited. Nice job!
