  The service was good until it came to the last few windows which were unusual to install. I have made at least five phone calls to get it resolved and never had anyone show up to complete the job.

  As a professional property manager I have had many opportunities to work with window vendors and The Window Specialists are the BEST. I have always experienced prompt service, competitive pricing, and high-quality windows in the jobs I've hired them to complete for me.
  
  I have a number of buildings on which they completed full window and patio door replacement projects nearly 20 years ago. They continue to service these windows and doors reliably on the rare occasions that they need work, typically because of tenant abuse or an accident.
