  Who owns this place? UPS needs to strip them of their franchise for using policies selectively.
  
  I ordered a package to be Quick Shipped - delivery scheduled for 9/28/17. When I was in possession of the slip that came in the mailbox...they said that Caroline picked up the package. She is not authorized to pick up mail for Acme Anything. In fact, her name should not be on the PO Box. Caroline knows she is not an Acme employee, but she still uses the woman who is the "manager" hung up on me when she called the office to verify if I worked here.
  
  I am taking this to the corporate level. This is a business address and she is threatening to not do business with us based on their incompetence in upholding their policies.
  
  UPDATED REVIEW - QUESTIONABLE OWNERSHIP?
  
  Staff was extremely rude and uncooperative when I tried to pick up a package for the company I work for. Friday, 11/18 was my 3rd attempt to pick up the package that was scheduled to be delivered on Sept. 28th. I offered for them to copy my id and plenty of details...they refused. Their antics wasted my time and money.
  
  Just now, they called and hung up on me when I answered the phone??? Unprofessional and lacking in customer service.
  
  Also...they are VERY SLOW when it comes to delivering mail into mailboxes each day. A PO Box from the Post Office is definitely a better option.
